Mr. Dolnier possesses over 20 years of tax & accounting experience and is enrolled with the U.S. Treasury to practice before the IRS. With a master’s degree in tax from Nova Southeastern University he is able to blend theory and experience into viable solutions for his clients. Mr. Dolnier began his career in 1990 when he joined the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Officer. Then in 1998, Mr. Dolnier completed his masters degree in taxation at the Huizenga Graduate School of Business & became an IRS Enrolled Agent. Since then Mr. Dolnier has been working in the private sector helping businesses and individuals from around the United States work with the IRS to solve their tax problems.

Paul Gaulkin is enrolled with the U.S. Treasury to practice before the IRS. Mr. Gaulkin possesses technical knowledge in the process of securing relief for taxpayers in need of tax help. With an accounting degree from Florida International University, he is able to transform complex tax and accounting problems into easy to understand solutions. His knowledge of advanced tax strategies has been fundamental in the growth and success of Tidy Tax Services, Inc.

Peter Gonzalez, EA

Peter Gonzalez has over 38 years of accounting and tax experience working in both the public and private sectors. With an Accounting degree from Florida International University and a Masters degree in Taxation from Nova Southeastern University, Mr. Gonzalez has the education and experience to tackle any IRS tax problem that you may have. Mr. Gonzalez is also an Enrolled Agent licensed through the treasury department to represent clients in front of the IRS in all 50 states.

Barbara Cruz

Barbara Cruz has extensive experience in the financial and accounting sectors. Mrs. Cruz has 15 years of tax expertise, preparing tax returns on personal and corporate levels. Having negotiated IRS penalty and interest assessments, she has received more than $1.5 million in abatements per annum. Experience in payroll and payroll tax processes has informed her vast knowledge of financial services. At Ceridian, she was awarded the Vice President Award for Excellent Compliance Control and Highest Production and Quality Service.

Joel Gaulkin, MBA, CPA, Esq.

Joel Gaulkin is one of the Firm’s senior litigation attorneys. Mr. Gaulkin’s practice is focused primarily on business dispute resolution including commercial litigation and appeals. For almost 20 years, Mr. Gaulkin has handled cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants involving disputes arising out of contracts, real estate, professional torts, business torts, creditor-debtor issues, tax, and corporate matters.
Mr. Gaulkin was raised in Miami, Florida and received his Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration from Emory University, Atlanta Georgia in 1976 and 1977 respectively. Mr. Gaulkin became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979 with “Big Eight” accounting firm experience. While practicing as a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Gaulkin earned a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Florida International University in 1983 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami in 1988. Mr. Gaulkin is a member of The American Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association, The Dade County Bar Association and United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He has served on two Florida Bar grievance committees, including one as Chairman.
